The NxTrek diagnostic workshop starts by mapping the terrain, identifying immediate challenges and assessing the resistance ahead.
Gearing Up for the Trek
With the summit—our vision for the future—in sight, we ensure everyone is aligned with the process, aware of each member's strengths and gaps, and gearing up for the trek in specific ways, just as an Everest team prepares meticulously before their ascent.

Culture and People
(11:15a-12:15p) Next we explore your organization's Culture and People. These elements are crucial for understanding the internal dynamics that drive your company.
Break and Lunch
A 15-minute break is scheduled from 11a-11:15a, followed by lunch from 12:15p-1p, allowing reflection & informal discussion.

Session #3 continues the exploration of the eight crucial aspects of your business, focusing on the remaining four elements: Customers, Money, Process, and Technology.
Customers and Money
(1p-2p) Analyze your Customers and Money, which are vital for understanding your market position and financial health.
Processes and Technology
(2:15p-3:15p) Investigate your Processes and Technology that are key to your company's efficiency and innovation.
Break
A 15-minute break is scheduled from 2-2:15pm, followed by another from 3:15-3:30pm, allowing time for reflection and informal discussions.

NxTrek Guides meet with 2-3 focus groups (3:30p-4:15p) to discuss the following questions:

NxTrek Guides will create a custom Trail Map that outlines the key priorities and recommended actions for your company and leadership team. Our Guides will have your Trail Map ready to present to you within 2 weeks after your workshop.
Trail Map Presentation
Prescriptive Guidance
The culmination of your Diagnostic Workshop experience is the presentation of your custom Trail Map. During this 90-minute long presentation, NxTrek Guides will present and discuss your custom expedition Trail Map based on your Diagnostic Workshop.
Outcomes and Resources
Your NxTrek Trail Map will provide prescriptive guidance relative to strategy, outcomes, and necessary resources.
A Trail to Follow
This will be YOUR trail map to follow to attain new levels of productivity and profitability. While NxTrek would be honored to guide you on your journey, there is no continuing obligation to work with us.
