Instead, we practice priority management.
NxTrek's Executive Chairman, Toby Stansell, created a straightforward approach and refined it over decades of leading numerous companies as President, CEO, or COO. It ensures that he gets the most impactful things done for his business each day.
We call this priority management system "The Million Dollar Moleskine®" because:
  • all it requires is a pocket sized notebook (Moleskine® makes great ones)
  • and it keeps us focused by routinely answering the million dollar question
Never Leave Home Without It
Over the years, Toby's colleagues, customers, and collaborators have noticed his diligent devotion to a pocket sized notebook carried with him everywhere. We're not exaggerating when we say he's lost without it.
On a recent business trip, Toby's trusty notebook was accidentally left behind at home. Toby's beloved wife Susan spotted the notebook on his desk while his plane was in the air. Knowing its great importance to him, she thoughtfully snapped pictures of the latest pages and texted them to him. Upon landing, our team had a new, NxTrek-branded Moleskin in Toby's hands (we know to keep them on us!).
